Contents
The course gives a general overview of the basics, institutions, procedures etc. as well as the main features of the substantive (economic) law of the EU (legal sources of European law; character of European law; institutions of the EU; decision-making procedures; citizens in the EU; fundamental rights and legal protection; overview of fundamental freedoms; movement of goods; free movement of workers; freedom of establishment and freedom to provide services; free movement of capital and taxation).
